pyramid the dose up and down, ie 25mcg for 5 days, 50mcg for 5 days, etc up to 100mcg, then taper it back down the same way. And I would suggest not using it for longer than 4-5 weeks total
I generally dont use it for shows as it can be very catabolic an chew up muscle tissue, but anytime I used it this way it worked great. Any time I ran it longer, I ALWAYS ran into a rebound afterwards and got fat no matter what I ate
