I weight training when I was younger then I took some years away from it now I’m looking to get back into it. The main purpose I would like to get a personal trainer it’s to hold me accountable and to motivate me. If I have to pay someone then I’m more likely to go to the gym and take time to listen to them.
What are some things to look for in a good personal trainer and what should they be charging me I had a normal gym so I know I’m not getting ripped off?
Also isn’t normal for them to try and sell me supplements and other programs because the guy I talked to already was trying to sell me on other stuff including weight loss supplements.
