What strikes me as odd is how many gay guys have been with women and would still consider having sex with a woman. Is this pretty common?

As a straight guy, I can honestly say that I have never been sexually attracted to a guy. I'd be lying if I said that I have never had a homoerotic thought pass through my head, but I've never been "attracted" to a guy in my life.

Dating a bisexual has taught me sexuality is a broad range, from completely straight, to completely gay, with a lot of shades of bisexual in the middle.
I'd say there's a lot more bisexual "experimenters" in the gay bars each night than either the gay or straight communities would like to admit.
The straights would like to believe all their men are completely straight,
and the gay community tends to make fun of the bisexual guys that "can't commit to what they really want".
I think there's a lot of guys that come to town, go to college, try out being gay for a couple of years, but get married to a woman, and then "cheat" with guys only when they go out of town on business trips.
When I was posting ads on internet dating sites I was amazed how many married men invited me to come to their hotel rooms.
