personal experiences with deca/ anavar?

New here so, hi everyone! I'm looking for some girl to girl advice on my first cycle. I have about 10 thousand questions that I can't seem to find answers for no matter how heavily I wear google out.
First off, I'm 30, 5'3", and much too ashamed of myself to post my weight and BF%. I used to work out heavily and even received my personal training certificate in '08. A mere 6 months later I fell into a deep depression. Won't bore everyone with the details but I let myself get fat, soft, and unhealthy. Here's the skinny: I'm back in the gym. I don't care if I "blow up" for a little while and, and I want to try a cycle 25ml deca twice weekly and 10mg anavar once a day. I've read alot about negative side effects and I've no problem turning my body into my own private chemistry set,(I did alot of that in high school). I would just like to hear some real life experience from women who might have tried this before. Also, am I pushing it too far having just begun again? I don't believe that steroids are a "magic cure" or anything like that. I simply think that they might help me get where I like to be without having to slim down before I build all that super sexy muscle I want. I get reasonably buff on my own, but I always wanted to look like I was carved out of marble. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

You need to get where you want to be naturally. A year of hard work in the gym and diet should be your first step. After a year if you reached your goals then it would be time to look at other options to take you to the next level. If you are too embarrassed to post weight or bf % then you don't need to play around with steroids yet. You didn't get out of shape overnight, so don't expect to get back into shape overnight.

As a first timer, there's no way I'd start out with deca, let alone a stack. I agree with Rebecca-- get your workouts and diet right. Then, and only then, should u play around with the fun stuff. :) otherwise, it's a waste of your time, money, and effort.

Hey welcome, first of all I totally agree with the girls Deca is not normally a 1st cycle also diet should defiantly come first or you will see very little results. And one other thing that concerns me is you mentioned depression and steroids will seriously mess with your hormones etc and I know of loads of people who have suffered mood suppressions either on cycle or after cycle. And one more thing I think you could be coming at this with too little caution as your body could have serious sides sometime irreversible so I would certainly do a lot more homework etc before taking the step. I personally suffered throat and chest problems resulting in my voice breaking slightly and to me I had to stop it affected my asthma badly. We will all be able to help we would love to but please take on board or advice now.

Omg... I love you guys.

I was wondering where to begin responding and put it off for the morning and found everything I wanted to say had been said.

Welcome to EF, chica!

Try not to be so hard on yourself. Even trainers (especially trainers?) get out of shape. So you're carrying a little extra fat? It's not a crime against humanity! You'll fix it. It didn't happen overnight and it's not going to be rectified overnight but one day at a time you'll get there.

Which brings me to my next point... It's hard to help you anything significant if you don't post stats. You should know this, as a trainer!!

Go back, if you can, and read some of the stickies at the top of the forum page. It's a good starting point. Then I'd personally recommend (for what it's worth) starting your own "transformation" thread. Get really specific about your goals and honest about where you are -- it will help everyone here support you. I find that being really up front about all this stuff can be liberating. Other than to help you no one here cares what your bf is or how much you can bench. It sounds like some of your shame about where you are right now is partly what's holding you back!

Which brings me to the dead horse issue of Anavar/Deca.... I agree wholeheartedly with the above advice to hold off on AAS for right now... It just doesn't sound like the right timing. Get some solid footing first. I am more than willing to be a resource, or just a compadra (?) on your journey and when/if the timing is right we can chat.

You owe it to yourself to take the necessary steps and start digging yourself out. Try not to panic. You've come to the right place. Breathe.

Happy Holidays! Really!!

Man I appreciate the advice. My husband is the one who suggested the chemical assist and I know from personal experience that he has no business telling a woman how to train or diet. I weigh 180 and my bf is pushing 34%. I've started eating super clean again and I'm lifting. Instead of all out cardio, I'm doing more of a fat burning routine after I lift while my glycogen stores are nice and depleted. I love that you are all so helpful! I'm taking the advice on the transformation thread. Thanks a bunch!

First of all let me start by welcoming you the the forum, and you're right, your husband has no business even suggesting that especially at that Body Fat Percentage,Steroids will drive up your blood pressure, its extremely important to get in Shape before touching anything.
Heres some info that will help get you going-
You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

Welcome to the boards!! Hubby's are great for training and diet support but it's always better to check with other women when it comes to gear. I agree with everyone else in terms of working your plan naturally for awhile and starting out that way. You will see great results through diet and training alone.

If you do decide to run a cycle later on, I'd start with just one thing ie: var and I'd consider npp vs deca. It's the same based compound with a shorter ester, making it easier to stop if sides appear.

As a first timer, there's no way I'd start out with deca, let alone a stack. I agree with Rebecca-- get your workouts and diet right. Then, and only then, should u play around with the fun stuff. :) otherwise, it's a waste of your time, money, and effort.

I was thinking the same thing. Hey if we can not talk you out of taking juice then at the very least just stick to the var, little albuterol and some 2
T-3...

However I truly feel you should first give your self 2-3 months natural with some good supplements that can help you way more then you think. Try using the Alpha Princess stack at Needtobuildmuscle.com first...

Everyone uses a step process and it helps to build confidence if you don't just jump right into the juice. This can make you dependent on it . Go natural for a wile no sups maybe some good protein and bcaa's then drop in some sups like nutrition practitioners, protein synthesis enhancers run this for 2-3 months run and then rethink where you are at..

We....I want to see you stay on this forum. I want to see you grow physically, mentally , emotionally in every way. We all want to help you and you will be surprised at the kind of life long friends you can connect with here on this site.

OK....I have been in this industry many years, I have a published book or two, many published articles , I own 5 supplement companies, Media company, and I am the Ext elite mod of this site one of the largest steroid forums I the world.
My Cell phone is 978 378 4266 I would be more then willing to sit down and assess where you are at and the best plan of action for the next 2-3 months of your life. Take it a few steps at a time.

Look We are always going to be here. I am always going to be here not going anywhere and nether are the steroids or the advice I can give you on them.. You got nothing but time now.. Its not a urgency. You can call me and I am sure anyone of the girls here would do the same. No one here is tryint to give you the do as I say not as I do speak. We have just been around the block more then a few times and we want to give you the best damn advice we can...

Thank you for coming to this site. I will give you a free plat.
