Lol i'm not sure... I have never tried to see how many times i could bench my bodyweight. I only ever use 185lb for 12 reps. And i've never tried max, because i dont want to hurt myself because finding out is not worth the possibly injury for me.
Haha you know what I do when I don't care, I stop reading, and I don't bother posting I'm just saying... So i guess everyone who posted, spent the time to read the entire thing, and then even gave the effort to post. So even if you found it pointless and a waste of time to read you still took up some of your own time, to say about how dumb or unbelievable my story was haha.
