Penis pumps... (seriously)

I was reading into penis pumps and apparently it uses the same principle as body building. Here's a quote from some website: When the first airtight vacuum pump cylinder is placed around your penis, blood rushes into the muscle portion of your penis. The muscle tissue expands to the maximum, breaks down, and then rebuilds into larger and stronger muscles, similar to body-building.


I was wondering if anyone has experience with this kind of stuff, and what's the best/safest brand out there? It seems like everyone who recommends something is trying to sell it for themselves. Thanks for any input.

Doesn't build muscle, because the penis is not a muscle, per se. It's a mass of tissue & blood vessels. The pump creates a vacuum around the penis, AKA negative air pressure. The penis expandsinto the available space, thus drawing the blood vessels to expand, and the blood rushes in, to attain a somewhat larger erection. They work, but I understand it's only for 20 min or so.
