Bro honestly if your asking these questions then you probably have no business running test, eq, and tren. These are things you would have already known from previous cycles. I'm assuming you've already jumped in head first without having a game plan in order. So layout exactly what you've done so far and the proposed cycle. Also make sure you write it so we can understand what your typing. A lot of guys lately just write a big cluster fuck and expect us to understand. I can't help you if I don't know whats going on.
