PCT to TRT?

Hey all,

Been lurking forever but decided to finally make a post.

To start, I'm 21 years old, male, been lifting seriously for about 2.5 years.

So I got bloods done before by first cycle (test E 500mg/wk for 8 weeks, currently on week 2 of nolva 40/40/20/20, used Adex during cycle) and to my mild surprise (it made perfect sense when I thought about it), my total testosterone was only 257.2, quite low for my age. Even my doctor expressed concern about it and wanted to retest my levels, but I was ready to start my cycle and got right into it once I got the green light.

The cycle was amazing, I was leaner, stronger, bigger, more vascular, and felt like an alpha male for the first time in my life. A typical first cycle's results.

And of course, PCT is killing me! Almost done with week 2, but I'm dead tired all the time, feeling weaker at the gym, etc. and I can't help but think about how awful I'll be once my testosterone levels are back to 'normal'.

I have a good relationship with my doctor, and he is very well renowned on a state and national level. I talk to him regularly, and this week I honestly told him about how I've been feeling (not saying a word about my cycle of course) and he wants me to get a panel done this Saturday, hinting that he wants to get me on TRT if my levels are similar to the first test. Too good to pass up, right?

This leaves me at my current point. I can definitely tell you that my Total T levels are shot (last pin was on thanksgiving night) based on my mental and physical state, but I'm wondering how Nolvadex could potentially affect my hormone levels (like LH and FSH)?

Would they be too high or low to give my doctor any reason to be suspicious? Or would I be ok to get on the path to TRT?

Also, should I get the go ahead for TRT, should I finish up PCT or jump right back into it?

Thanks in advance guys!
