PCT help, taking last injection today

Sorry for the noub question...(or repeat for that matter)

I'm just finishing my first 10wk cycle of Test C/Tren, with the last 4 wks included EQ.
I took approx 750mg of test cyp, 300mg of tren, .5mg of Arimidex EOD, 50mg of var daily, and 300mg of EQ each week.

I've read so many confusing articles about taking HCG that my head spins.

Question: Do I have to wait of days before I take my first HCG shot? Asking because I've been reading that I should have been taking HCG from the start of my first cycle....WHAT?

I have all the gear, just need to know when to start my clomid and HCG. I have nova on the way, but wasn't planning on taking it anyway cause the Arimidex saved me from gyno.

I've also read that I need to wait about 50 days before I should take any PCT compound (due to taking EQ)....does that sound right?

any help will be greatly appreciated.

That is a lot of misinformation you have read bro. HCG should only be used as a kickstart to your PCT. Start it after your last injection. 50 days is way too long to wait to start PCT. EQ is longer to clear than test, but I would still start PCT no later than 3 weeks after your last injection.

Your PCT is not adequate for recovery either. Two SERMS for a PCT is outdated and won't allow you to restore your HPTA correctly. Here is my recommendation for the best PCT.

Doesn't really matter, but I would just start your HCG tomorrow and pin it twice per week
