PCT help for a newbie to the board

Hello to all,

Brief run down on my situation for the past four years I have done a few cycles and for certain circumstances in my life I could never get the results I desire my last two cycles were basically a waste of money last years due to injury and this year cycle I had to stop because of being diagnosed with sleep apnea which as of September I had surgery done for it so my question is I want to get back into training and pray that hopefully this time around I can achieve my goals.

my cycle for 2011

week 1-12 T400 2xwk
week 1-10 decca 300ml

good gains but on my 8 week I got second degree burn on my hand so off with that cycle

2012

week 1-12 T400 2xwk
week 1-12-Eq 2xwk
week 4-18 HGH 1.5 IU of saizen
had to stop this cycle because of sleep apnea I was only sleeping 4Hrs a night and was not growing

I would like to get back into it in January as I been training now for 1 month I would like to try tren but I am confused as to what pct to follow below is my stats and the cycle I want to do also since my surgery and the sleep apnea I lost a total of 30lb

5.6@150lbs @36yrs old
cycle for 2013
Test E 500mg wk 1-15
test prop 100EOD wk 1-8
tren Ace 100 EOD wk 1-8
Anavar 50mg a day wk 1-8
I also have prami on hand

so should I use standard pct or something different

clomid 300mg day 1 , 200mg day 2 , 100mg day 3, 50mg day 4 – 14
Nolva 40mg day 1 – 7 , 20mg day 8 – 14


any and all advice will appreciated it.

You're 150 lbs? I think you should focus on diet and training hard consistenly before you even think about running anything again.
 
Not trying to be a dick I just don't want you to waste your money and possibly jeopardize your health bro. Check out a good bulking diet and pick up a good 5x5 program.

If you do decide to go ahead with the cycle, you need to search PCT on the forum and see what everyone is suggesting. Your PCT is lacking to say the least. Everyone has their own preference, but their are a few essentials like DAA, forma stanzol for example. Please dont just use what you have typed out.
 
your cycle is abit of a mess bud you could rearange afew things to improve it, i would wait atleast 6 months to a year and build yourself up abit 1st, having pct in check is very important but taking precautions on cycle are eaqually as important you gotta avoid shutdown issues, combat eastrgoen and deal with the possible prolactin issues also and then pct well, id train up for abit 1st and do alot of reading b4 you start.
you need to look at Ais on cycle and preventing atrophy and prolactin issues ensuring everythings protected against will imporve your recovery and make pct more effective.
My usual pct is this, but i run alot of other things cycle to help it work.
clomid 25/25/25/25
unleashed/postcycle
Forma stanzol
Test infusion or atleast Daa powder.
 
Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question I have been lifting for quite sometime but honestly I have never been the real bulky type and the low weight issue right now comes from my sleep apnea surgery and the lack of sleep which made my testosterone take a dive. I am working on the bulking part I will do more research on PCT and continue reading some of the books I have on hand once again thanks to all to are willing to shed knowledge.
 
New to this but had a question regarding pct and hcg... Have been on sust 250 for 8 weeks now and my nuts r really starting to shrink can I use hcg now or to late and how and when do I start my pct currently taking .5 arim and 1.5 ml sust every 3 days my sex drive is defiantly going down please help

should maybe start a new thread but that doesnt matter, id off run hcgenerate on cycle to prevent shrinkage, but its too late for that now and if you have HCG than use that.
Im assuming your running your sustanon for 12 weeks if this the case start the HCG 500iusx2 a week up until wk 12 or finish. Then blast the HCG twice in wk 13 or the wk before pct begins at 1000ius, then go into your pct and start recovery.
You could maybe started it earlier but its by the by but id run the last few weeks at 500ius x2 a week and then have a smallish blast in wk 13 of 1000ius x2 again. you should be ok with this buddy
