there really isnt anything. even on gh you still get natural pulses. post WO, sleep. etc etc. the key is to use gh not around one of these times, you cancel out the natural pulse with snythetic one. natural GH production drops with age, nothing you can do about it. IMO, test is much higher and for longer when compared to GH. so when coming off of 2-4iu all the good benefits will slowly die out over the period of a few wks as your gh serum levels return to normal. if your on enough of it for muscle growth and have great igf numbers too that will cease as well.
the single biggest thing ppl see from a one dose, 1 or 2 kit users, etc etc is fatloss. you can slip on your diet and still make good progess. if your spot on things change very quickly. using peptides can be similar and close to gh, but you need to be spot on with dosing and over long periods of time 1 ED inj vs 6/8 is much easier to maintain.......most of us have lives outside lifting, online fourms and such.
a ghrp/ghrh stack can and will elevate serum gh numbers over long periods of time just like real gh will. but again, 3-4x ED dosing. short fasting, becoming a human pin cushion.....lol. well for research. but something like ipam/ghrp2 & mod grf 1-2x ED + 40mcg igf LR3 & peg mgf will be just like GH type muscle gains. even better IMO..... or to the extent of a high iu dose.. 4-5 or so.
you wont get as good of sleep, recovery, skin, but growth will be there. you must understand hgh and igf. they are different and need to be addressed differently too.
