PCT after 12 weeks of test e

I have started a 12 weeks cycle of test e for 250mg every 4 days. What is the best PCT for me after this cycle ?

What are your current stats? You should be running an AI to control estrogen while on cycle as well as using N2guard for cycle health support. Use aromasin at 12.5mg EOD. PCT really should be in place before ever starting a cycle.

For the majority of people on a test dose that low you wont need an AI but that may not be the case for everyone. Always good to have one on hand but I wouldn't start using it until problems arise. Sometimes it can just create more problems. I personally have never had to use an AI on test only cycles neither have any of my mates.

I would use the same PCT I posted above. That will pretty much cover you very well for any cycle
