I hope its pat vs colts again in the playoffs this year. I'd love to see Downsyndrome Manning follow in Mario's footsteps, lots of records, zero championships.patsfan1379 said:I don't care about Peyton "Queer" Mannings TD's

I hope the pats get the #1 seed too, I'd like to see the Stealers have to play on the road for once. Why are all their tough games at home?
They've got a wide reciever back there a DB. And oh yeah, he's had 3 picks. The Shadow said:....they wont win the Bowl this year...their D is too shakey - 550 yards to the BENGALS

if Cincy has a good draft and doesn't fuck up the signings
they will emerge next year

The_Eviscerator said:Cinci is up and coming. They cam close to giving the Pats a game. Take away the 4 gift penalties and calls (the bullshit fumble that Rudi Johnson had when both asscheeks were on the ground.) that the Pats get every game and Cinci would have won.
The pats look horrid against the pass. Unless they get Ty Law and Poole back, I don't think they will make it to the Bowl.
patsfan1379 said:The Patriots didnt win 2 SB's and 26 out of 27 games because of bullshit calls dude...![]()
Whether you like it or not, they called that according to the rules. They brought it up at the competition commitee, and left the rule as written.slickdadd said:Well actually they did kinda. Remember the tuck rule?![]()

Listen, I have to hear about all the bad calls that go against the seasquawcks, so the fuck what? There are always bad calls, the good teams will get past that and win anyway. The bad teams will dwell on every questionable call that goes against them, just like Mike Holmgren does. All freakin week he crys his ass off. Listen up jerkass, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, wipe away those tears and get ready for the next play, or the next game.
patsfan1379 said:Like I said. I don't give a shit about calls, stats etc... I care abou the number of W's in the Win column... TO can do his dances, Peyton can get his yards, Raiders fans can bitch about the tuck rule...
2 Super Bowls
26 out of 27 wins.
End of story. Thats all that really matters.

I'm very impressed with the Pat's "run"patsfan1379 said:'02-'04 Patriots squad is one of the best in history.
2 championships in a salary cap era. (Soon 3.)
No superstars.
21 straight wins.
26 out of 27 games won.
I don't care about Peyton "Queer" Mannings TD's or the Eagles "Power"
I care about wins. I care about titles. Not 2 pressure chokers!!!!
I could go on for at least 10 minutes.
DYNASTY MUTHU FUCKA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

generally it's not a good sign to be getting a lot of picksjestros said:They've got a wide reciever back there a DB. And oh yeah, he's had 3 picks.

it means teams are throwing at you because they percieve you to be the weak link
sure you get a pick or two
there's some weak OL's and weak QB's too

myself just been hangin' with the Bengals since I lived there in '89-'92
IMO,there are a few teams in the AFC with losing and/or .500 records that could have near double digit Wins in the NFC..it's the real dominant league...and the Pats continue to impress with a very nice 10-1-2 spread record last time I checked..virtually unheard of for a dominant team..matched by San Diego, but San Diego is an emerging dark horse..the type of team you usually find with the best spread record
You've got some strange logic. Getting interceptions is not a good thing now? If they think you are a weak link, and you get a pick, thats not good? So Troy Brown should bat those balls away instead of catching them?4everhung said:generally it's not a good sign to be getting a lot of picks

Here's the deal, when you have enough picks, pretty soon, QB's will think twice before throwing it in there. Like last years afc champ game, where Ty Law caught more balls from Peyton than the colts top reciever.

4everhung said:same logic applies to sacks too
slightly different
but basically in the NFL as a player emerges as a "force" beyond and starts to record sacks
the league adjusts

they're are very subtle dynamics in an NFL game
keep laughing
my younger brother was in the NFL as an OL for seven years
thats doesn't necessarily give me some kind of superior knowledge
but I do have some insight into the game
have chatted at length with some players
Brunell,Boselli
many at his wedding
you wouldn't believe what kind of signal calling goes down in the trenches before a snap
PatsFan34 said:Once the Pats get their secondary back in order, there's no stopping them. Every team they play knows it, that's why the D is starting to let up alot of points. But no matter how close the score is, Tom Brady will find a way to come back and win...he always does!!!
