It's a "Community Pool"

Some of you guys may remember some of the infamous noods that took place in and outside a condo - it was this building. It's right downtown where the highways intersect. The building was a school many years back and was renovated.

Yeah...tourist trap. I always drove about an hour west...Hogs Head Island campground...You can camp right on Lake Michigan...even after my divorce I would take Nitchske up there and he would tear ass around the deserted beach.

Nice! Don't know about the pool location though, would be perfect if the building was taller...increasing the elevation a bit so its not so direct with the HW.

He's correct here - I work my regular job as well as do steady working for an M&A/Investment Banking Group on the side - write their private placement drafts/offering memorandums, maintain their website and whatever else they need that is related to writing, administrative, print etc.

Shit! I got ripped for 40k by a law firm when I had to have my PPM written, believe me Rachel is doing fine.

Most of it came out of my investors pocket of course, I didn't throw down 40k personally. But I got quotes ranging from $35k to 75k!!!! Law license is a bigger license to steal than a real estate license lol
