so im 6 days into the palumbo keto diet...following it to the key...i started at 210 11% bf and as of today im 200.5 obviosly theres somthing positive happening...though im worried because i got those keto stix andpissed on them and it shows im slightly above negative... does that mean im not in ketosis? or barely in it? should igive it a few more days....its kind of confusing...as an avid weightlifter etc im experienced in looking at results not numbers and piss stix lol but its still nagging at the back of my mind...any help would be appreciated....(yes i know that its 9 lbs of water i lost)
