That's pretty much what I found, returns breathing to normal after really intense bursts.
this 100% was very shocked when this happened after some heavy lifting.I can see power lifting using this as a staple for sure as well as the others I spoke about as well.
The effects don't last long, you'd have to use it just before the lift, max 20-30 seconds I reckon. If you wanna cut down rest time between sets its great.
