Oxandrovar & RS Transaderm Detailed Log

Logging another cycle here featuring the new Oxandrovar. I was definitely interested in the profile of this product and went out of my way to give it a try. This cycle will be a strict cutting cycle, simulating a contest-prep. I’ll be seeing how close I can get in these next 8 weeks. The goal is 5% body fat.
As I stated in a previous log on EF, I do my own diet, training, and cardio planning. No coaches here.

Sunday: Legs / Cardio
Monday: Chest / Triceps / Core
Tuesday: Off day
Wednesday: Legs / Cardio
Thursday: Shoulders / Light Triceps / Core
Friday: Back / Biceps / Cardio
Saturday: Off day

Right now I’m doing 400 calories per cardio session. (roughly 25-35 minutes)
Diet is at 2100-2200 calories per day. Roughly 230/45/175 - protein/fats/carbs.
On Sunday I bump carbs to 210g. On Tuesday & Saturday I drop carbs to 130g. Fat is adjusted accordingly on those days to hit caloric needs.

STATS:
21 years old
5’6”
173-175 lbs.
10-11% body fat

MAX LIFTS:
Squats: 395 x 5 (haven’t tested 1RM in a little while)
Bench: 345 1RM
Deadlift: 485-500ish conventional 1RM/ 435x7 sumo (need to test sumo 1RM)

CYCLE:
1-8 RS Transaderm @10pumps ED (double dose)
1-8 Aromasin @10mg EOD (will adjust if necessary)
3-4 Epi-Strong @30mg ED (using this as a little kick-start to the Oxandrovar)
5-8 Oxandrovar @2caps ED

PCT – 4 Weeks:
Clomid @50/50/25/25
Test Stack 17 @3caps ED
Protein Factory Post Cycle @3caps ED
Ostarine @25/25/25/12.5

POST PCT – 4 Weeks:
Unleashed @3caps ED

AI Cycle Support double dose ED throughout cycle
Liv.52 DS double dose ED throughout cycle
Creatine 5g ED throughout cycle
Vitamin B6 @300-400mg ED throughout cycle

I considered adding SARMs but I did a little SARMs run with Osta and S4 and I didn't feel I really got any results from it other than horrible vision side effects from the S4 and I was only @50mg. Also got some slightly puffy nipples right at the end of the 8 weeks. I may try LGD and GW in the future. I was actually going to add them to this cycle, but I needed to put some money into my car, so I opted to stick to the layout I had already. Might do LGD, GW and Test E or C over the winter though.
 
I'd like to see LGD with just test. I'm liking this stack too; though I'm a little partial towards ox. It has a special place in my heart.

UPDATE:

Squats felt kinda shitty today. I worked till 3am last night so that's probably why. Kept it to 3 sets of 315 for 8 reps. Did some walking lunges and some stiff-leg dumbbell deadlifts. Hit calves and did 33mins of cardio to hit 400cals. No gainnnzzzzzz to report yet. Surprise.

i would highly recommend simply adding gw-501516 to this cycle... you will maximize the cycle to the highest extent... it stacks with everything and makes whatever you are running enhanced to the highest degree... you will be very pleased bro...

DAY 2

Got a disgusting pump today. Chest looked dry and grainy which is rad considering my bf% at the moment. Could have been the two scoops of pre workout, but even so, this was a ridiculous pump. Who knows if Transaderm is doing anything yet though.........
Hit 5 sets of incline bench, and about 10 sets of various flyes superset with push ups. Then some heavy triceps and 2 quick sets of barbell curls just for the pump. Also did some core work. Feeling normal other than the pump.

Bumped carbs yesterday. Today they're back to baseline, and tomorrow they're dropped a little for the off day. Might take the time to work on my car...

high dosed epi can produce results similar to var! at 30 mg per day, im not sure that will get you there though

DAY 3

Off day. No cardio. Feeling normal still. Weight was 171lbs first thing in the AM. Waiting for new wrenches to show up in the mail so I can fiddle with my car. I don't have to worry about those being snagged in customs ;) hahaha

I calculated everything out to lose 1lb per week, but apparently, my calculations and cardio will equal about 2lbs per week. Which is actually good because I was going to adjust it more anyway. I think 1-2lbs will be perfect. Obviously no more than 2lbs, but as I add Epi and Ox, the weight loss should slow because of the muscle gain. So I'll start testing body fat weekly, as long as work doesn't get in the way.

The only thing I can think of right now, is the Aromasin drying me out slightly. I don't look much different, but I did lose a pound or two instantly. This is just my assumption here. I've been on this diet and cardio regimen for 2 weeks now.
 
DAY 4

Legs and cardio. Did lunges, squats, stiff leg deadlifts and calves. Got unbelievable back pumps from the deadlifts, probably not going to be able to do those once I add the orals into the mix.

Figured I'd break down my diet for those of you who were curious.

Today I ate:

1 cup quick oats
1 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 scoop Optimum Gold Standard whey
1 tbsp cinnamon

7oz chicken breast
3/4 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup green/red/yellow diced peppers
1/2 cup diced zucchini squash

7oz chicken breast
3/4 cup cooked brown rice
1/4 cup green/red/yellow diced peppers
1/2 cup diced zucchini squash

Post workout:
2 scoops Optimum Gold Standard Whey

8oz Tilapia
3/4 cup cooked brown rice

SIMPLE yet effective. And cheap as fuuurrrrrkkkkkkkk. Let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Some days the vegetables change, but everything else is pretty much concrete.
 
DAY 5

Hit shoulders, light triceps and abs today. My pressing strength felt ridiculous but it could be the fact that today is the first shoulder day in a while that I didn't train chest on the same day. Hit lateral raises, one arm db front raises, shoulder press and rear felt flyes. Only did close grip tricep pushdowns today and a few different core exercises.

Overall felt pretty good. Nothing crazy other than the pressing strength, but like I said, I didn't train chest first today, so that is probably why it was so much more than normal.
 
DAY 4

Back/Bi's/Cardio

Workout felt good. Pull ups are feeling easier. Did 5 or 6 sets of 13-15 reps. Arms and back are looking a little more vascular.

Weight was 170.5lbs this morning. Hoping I get to 168lbs by the time I start the Epi next Sunday.
 
DAY 7

Off day.

Working 9 hours tonight so that's going to be fun. Closing at a restaurant blows. I'll be there until 2am.

DAY 8

Legs/ cardio

Woke up late and only had time for 3 sets of squats and 4 sets of lunges with 25 mins of cardio. Gym closed at 12 today because of the holiday.

Woke up at 169lbs. Dropped cardio to 275 calories and had a bowl of cereal post workout haha Weight dropped a little too fast the past 2 or 3 days so I'm going to bump calories by 100cals today and tomorrow.

Also, not quite sure how I woke up a pound lighter today, considering I had a slice of pizza last night :confused:
 
^^^ the RS includes a fat burner in the ingredient plus the oxa is drying you out.

so have your slice of pizza bro, nothing wrong with a slice every now and then to get in some quick carbs



I haven't even started the Oxandrovar yet ;)
 
Make no mistake about it oxandrovar is the key to your cycle but im sure you know that already .

I'm sure it will even surpass your expectations. The feedback from Oxandrovar so far has been overwhelmingly positive

DAY 11

Legs/ cardio

171lbs in the AM.

Sorry for the lack of updates the past two days! Stuff got crazy with work this week and I'm getting some over time. We had 2 people walk out and quit so there were a lot of hours that needed to be picked up.

Nothing new to update yet. Still only on Transaderm and aromasin. Epi-strong starts Sunday.

I'll post an update later after my workout.
 
Legs went well today. Focused mainly on walking lunges and heavy ass hack squats. 5 sets of each. Then some calf work and 35 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.



Diet is 55/170/230 -- f/c/p today
 
DAY 13



Today is an un-planned off day. Going to the Formula Drift event today! Bringing a cooler with all my prepped food haha my friends are stuffing it with their alcohol and all im bringing is 2 gallons of water and some Tupperware.



Again, work has been nutsssss so I forgot to update yesterday. Weight hasn't dropped much lately although I haven't stepped on the scale in a few days.



Spotted a new vein in my upper abs yesterday. Stoked about that. Once Epi starts on Sunday I'll make sure to post every day again

Leg workout today was alright, nothing special. Real tired from work last night. Closing again tonight then opening tomorrow, and have to hit the gym BEFORE I open. So tomorrow is going to be rough.
Hit lunges, stiff leg deadlifts, hack squats, ham curls, calves and 400cals of cardio.

Chest / tri's

Got a nasty pump today. Loved it. Didn't even take pre-workout. Strength felt good. Muscles felt like they were contracting more precisely.
Incline pressed 185 for 12/12/12/10. Usually do around 8-10 reps. More than those reps and more than that weight KILLS my rotator cuff. But today it felt great. Flat dumbbell pressed 75/85/95/105 for sets of 10 as well.. Then did some various flye angles.
Triceps felt great. Still focusing primarily on bringing the outer head up a little bit. Need to start some of that Bostin Loyd 3CC shit hahah

I have no intent on using it, but how do people on here feel about synthol use? It's not really talked about much... Let's here some opinions!

Synthol has absolutely no use for the recreational bodybuilder in my opinion. It's very easy to fuck it up and make yourself look terrible. I'm not even a fan of pros using it. I think its one of the few things ruining bodybuilding today

I have no intent on using it. I just wanted to hear some opinions. I don't personally think it makes as big of a difference as people like to give it credit for. The people who look like "they take too much synthol" usually aren't using actual synthol.

I'm personally a fan of Bostin Loyd and I'm sure you all know who he is. I like the things he says, even though he is a prick. He has a bunch of crazy synthol and igf protocols that he swears by that I don't think have hurt his physique. But he is only one person out of many who use the stuff.

WEEK 3 DAY 4

LEGS BABY / cardio...

Crushed legs today. Squatted up to 345lbs for a set of 5 bottomed-out pause reps. Felt great- working on my wide stance so my strength isn't quite where I want it to be yet. On the other hand, sumo deadlifts are fuc*ing shit up. Strength is increasing every time I do those. Pulled 455lbs sumo today like butter but decided to stop there because of the squats I had done prior. Saw some nice quad vascularity at the bottom of my squats. Stoked to start seeing some veins in my legs.

25 minutes of cardio.

Working till 2am tonight........... Furrrkkkkk

I'm not the biggest fan of Bostin Loyd, because of how much he abuses drugs and dosages, and a lot of internet kids out there take his advice and run with it, which I think sends the wrong message out there. However, I do respect the guy for being open and honest abut his use.

As for the synthol issue, there are other things that come into play that some people don't realize. If someone doesn't really know what they are doing, they could literally kill themselves. Synthol doesn't act like gear when injected into a vein. It can be fatal.

not a fan of synthol at all bro.. it looks like shit.

also keep in mind BOTH of Lloyd's parents were pro bodybuilders, he has the genetics and the family pressure/lineage that 99% of us do not have.

as much as he likes to crow about how great his cycles and diet and training are it all boils down to superior genetics.. I bet there are several of guys on here who work twice as hard as him in the gym and have superior diets who still can't come close to looking like him. it helps to have those genes
 
I like to think I have good genetics. Both of my parents were athletes and came from a family of athletes. Im only 21 but in 3 years I took myself from 130 to 175 at the same BF% naturally. 190 at my peak weight but that wasn't all muscle.

Now that im mixing some drugs in, we'll really see if I have what it takes.... I plan on competing within the next few months. Probably do a contest prep cycle with just test, GW, albuterol, and oxandrovar starting 6 weeks prior to the show.

Unfortunately my work schedule changed and really fucked up my diet and training routines. Im not going to get as lean as I planned, so this will turn into "get as lean as possible" instead of get completely contest ready. And use my next cycle to lean out further.

Not a bad plan, but I would add so,etching in there to really harden you up. Some Masteron and S4 would go very well with that
 
I thought about masteron... Was sticking with test only because it'll be my first legit pinning cycle. But masteron seems to be fairly side effect free.........

Week 3 Day 5



Shoulders, triceps



Muscles looked harder and fuller today. Got a nasty pump again. Definitely think epi it's starting to work. Tomorrow is back and bi's day so I'll see how arm vascularity and bicep fullness are doing. It's late so im at a loss for what to say. Writing this out before I pass out haha



Got some nice stares in the gym today. Shoulders and tris definitely, without a doubt, looked different today. More details everywhere. Larger pump. Not much strength gain, but less muscle fatigue. Strength stayed consistent throughout sets instead of steadily declining the further into the workout I went.

These two together would seem to have a very synergistic combination. I have yet to try Masteron, but S4 makes my muscles feel tight and hard as shit. Im really looking forward to running masteron to see how it effects me.
 
just a good dose of S4 will do quite a bit. Not sure how much of the vision issues effect you but for me i can goto 85/90mg a am fine.

90mg of s4 really cuts you up, drop a lot of carbs and you ll see......it wont take too long if your 11/12% from the start.

I used Uniquemicals S4 in the past and got vision sides at 40mgs. I stayed at 50mgs for the full cycle and my vision was toast. I did not get nearly enough results to justify using it again when considering how bad my vision got.

I'd rather use mast. Mast Enth ideally, but I've been having trouble coming across that ester.
 
DAY 20
Week 3 Day 6

Back / Bi's/ Abs

So I've decided to dial cardio back a little bit. Seeing how this goes. I feel the same on days I've skipped it so we'll see how long it takes for my metabolism to change. Killed back and bi's today. Muscle fullness is definitely noticeable. Not looking more vascular yet, but the veins I have showing already bulge out much more. Muscle pumps are more intense than normal. Not painful yet though, just noticeably pumped up after 1 warm up set.
Did 4 sets of 15 pull ups today- which is more than normal.

Body weight was 171 this morning. I'll be happy to stay at 170 throughout the cycle. (build muscle/ burn fat)

I've read people easily keep 10lbs of muscle from their first Epi cycle, if that's the case for me, 170 will mean I will have lost 10lbs of fat and replaced it with 10lbs of muscle. (essentially) And I will be MORE than satisfied with those results. I'm sure with the other compounds in Oxandrovar, this will be easily attainable if I keep everything on track.

Mast E is pretty easy to find actually. Most sources will have it
 
DAY 21
week 3 day 7

Off day. Urine is still crystal clear. No sides except some more muscle cramps post workout. Thoughts about bumping Epi from 30mg to 45mg tomorrow!? Until friday when I start Oxandrovar. Or should I just stay at 30 for another week......

Weight was 172.5 this morning. Could be water weight, could have gained a pound or two. Not sure yet. Not conclusive.
 
DAY 22
Week 4 day 1

Stuck with 30mg of Epi.

Legs and cardio

Weighed 173lbs in the AM

Squatted up to 375lbs for 5 reps. I think I did 5 or 6 sets prior to that. Sumo deadlift PR at 475lbs today. Went for 500 but couldn't get it :/ Then hit some calves and ran 1.5 miles in 11 minutes. Going to start running outside more instead of the normal boring cardio. Starting off slow. Trying to improve my times and increase my distances.

Urine still crystal clear. 2 scoops of AI Cycle Support and 3 pills of Liv.52 double strength ED. 200mg Vitamin B6.

Bumping those to 3 cycle support / 3 Liv.52 / 400mg B6 when I start Oxandrovar on Friday.

oxandrovar will be much stronger than the epi your currently running so your fine where you are at... keep up the good work... your going to see a lot of results coming bro...

week 4 day 3

Sorry for the lack of an update yesterday, worked ALL frigin day. Chest and tri's felt great. Getting an insane pump in my arms, and they stay full throughout the day. Adjusted my diet again.

Protein 235g
Fat 80g
Carb 120g (total) ----- 90g (net)

Dropping the carbs down substantially. Almost half of what they were. I feel better already. Not holding as much water and today is only the second day of the carb drop.

Tomorrow is legs! Trying to deadlift the big 500! Been chasing it for a while now........

Sorry for the lack of an update yesterday, worked ALL frigin day. Chest and tri's felt great. Getting an insane pump in my arms, and they stay full throughout the day. Adjusted my diet again.

Protein 235g
Fat 80g
Carb 120g (total) ----- 90g (net)

Dropping the carbs down substantially. Almost half of what they were. I feel better already. Not holding as much water and today is only the second day of the carb drop.

Tomorrow is legs! Trying to deadlift the big 500! Been chasing it for a while now........

Week 4 day 5

Today was shoulders and triceps. Ran a 9 minute mile very comfortably today. Trying to get it down to 6 minutes.
Got the best pump of my life with shoulders and triceps today. Everything blew up. Strength is still the same. Weight is still the same. But the pump I've been getting has been unreal.

Didn't get the 500 deadlift yesterday. My groin wasn't feeling right after 455 so I didn't want to push it. Felt like something was going to tweak....

Still no side effects. No lethargy. No ED. No joint problems. No back pumps. Crystal clear urine.
Balls finally shrunk though. It's to be expected... Although my last cycle they did not at all, but the last cycle didn't produce much results either........

OXANDROVAR STARTS TOMORROW
2 scoops AI Cycle support until urine starts to tint - then bumping to 3 scoops. (riding out 2 scoops ED as long as I can)
3 pills of Liv.52 DS
10mg Aromasin EOD
400mg Vitamin B6 ED
10 pumps RS Transaderm ED

week 4 day 6

Back and bi's.

First day of Oxandrovar. Overslept because my alarm didn't go off or I slept through it..... Had to rush to the gym before they closed because they closed early for the holiday. Had to train fasted and literally felt like I was going to puke the entire workout. Could have been the Ox and cycle support I took with my pre workout, could be getting sick, could be the lack of food. I DONT KNOW. All I know was I was dumbbell rowing 110's and trying not to puke haha
The only strength increase I have noticed all cycle is in my pull-ups. (Yes, other lifts have increased, maybe. But I contribute that to time, not the drugs) Pull ups have increased significantly. I would do about 3-4 sets of 8-12reps and now I'm doing 4-5 sets of 13-16reps ----- comfortably.

172lbs in the AM. Almost at the 5 week mark and weight has not increased or decreased. Strength is pretty much the same as well. I feel good though. More aggressive. No sides. Looking a little bit harder, most noticeable in my arms and delts.
 
do not take oxandrovar and cycle support at the same time... they need to be split at least 4 hours apart... it was probably the pwo that was giving you this issues as well...

I should have been more clear, I take 2 Liv.52 DS and 200mg Vitamin B6 when I take Oxandrovar. I take my Cycle Support (product) post workout with my protein shake (approx 4 hours after taking Oxandrovar) and around 11pm with another protein shake (usually dose 2nd cap of Ox around 7 or 8pm).

Liv.52 should not interfere with the bioavailability. But if it does, somehow, definitely let me know! haha

I would take the Liv52 away from your Oxandrovar doses. Any liver support product can interfere with bioavailability

Thanks bro. My gym was PACKED for some reason. Not sure why, it's usually empty at the times I go.

And so far, I have not experienced any lethargy or achy joints/back. I definitely think RS Transaderm is helping with this. Not sure if it's doing much for strength or fat loss, but I have had no side effects and think it is definitely playing a role in that sense.

I would definitely recommend it as a base for oral only cycles, although I would not run RS Trans by itself.

If anyone is curious about trying it, definitely shoot Stevesmi a PM. He hooked me up with a few bottles for a hell of a price!

TODAY WAS LEGS and some cardio.

171lbs in the AM.

FUCKING NAILED MY 500lbs DEADLIFT! So stoked on that. Pulled it off the floor and locked it out smooth as butter. It was pretty slow, but it was nice and smooth. Warmed up with squats today up to 315lbs prior to deadlifts. Finished it off with ham curls and leg extensions.

Feeling good. STILL no sides.

Whats your Oxandrovar dose at if you dont mind me asking? you got off the Epi now too right?

done with Epi only. I was only doing 30mg of epi. Now im taking 2 caps of Oxandrovar. Might add 15mg of epi on top of Oxandrovar the last two weeks.

Yesterday was chest/tri's/abs. Workout felt great. Incline pressed #225 for 8/6/6 reps yesterday. Then hit flat dumbbell press with 100's for 3 sets of 10-12. Did a few different flye variations as well. Still focusing primarily on the outer head of my tricep. Been crushing it lately and it's definitely making a difference. Could be the lower body fat % showing more shape, or I'm actually getting some more detail in the muscle. Either way, sleeves feel a little tighter.

Weight was 174lbs this morning. Almost positive it is water weight though. Feeling a little bloated today.
Still on 10mg EOD of Aromasin and 400mg ED of Vitamin b6.

Week 5 day 4

Legs

Finally got my car to an alignment shop today, had to bring my own blocks of wood to get it up on the ramps though........... Stance game strong.

Squatted up to 385lbs for 3 reps today. Didn't have a spotter so I didn't go for 405x3. Followed that with some stiff leg dead lifts and some ham curl/ leg extension super set - drop sets. Also hit calves and quick abs.

Dropping calories by 100 ED. (1 less scoop of peanut butter)

Forgot to update yesterday because of work and some things. Killed shoulders and triceps. Shoulders look more full and detailed although strength is still the same as pre-cycle. Triceps are getting some nice detail, but I switched up my training just like my biceps, so it could be the Ox or it could be the new stimulus to the muscle tissue. Either way, arms are the only thing noticeably different. My side delts are starting to come in nice. If you followed my last log I have really been putting a lot of emphasis on building some massive caps. Nothing beats a sharp side delt.

Back and biceps today!
Strength still feels pretty much the same. 105 dumbbell rows felt a little easier today but thats about it. Muscle contractions feel more precise. Looking a tiny tiny bit more vascular, nothing crazy yet..... Unfortunately. I really want to be a vascular freak haha Can't wait to take the real Tren for that reason.
Biceps look nice and full strength MIGHT be up a tiny tiny bit, but again, nothing really noticeable yet.

Muscular endurance is up though.

Got an 8:10 minute mile today as well. Slowly chipping away at my mile times. Going for 8 minutes flat on Sunday if I can get to the gym before a wedding I have to attend.

Weight 172.5lbs in the AM.

If you're new---- I was 172-173lbs at the beginning of the cycle almost 6 weeks ago.
 
Just finished the first bottle of RS transaderm today. It lasted almost 5 full weeks at 10-12 pumps ED. First bottle came with more than advertised so lets see what number two has in store.

week 6 day 2

I'm back! Didn't have a chance to get to the gym yesterday due to the commute.

Hit chest and tri's today but didn't have time for cardio because of work. Got a nasty pump. Chest is looking good. Weight is still at 172lbs.

Flat benched 225 for 15 reps on the first set. 12/10/8 for the next 3 sets then dropped to 135 till failure. Then hit dips and pushups, with about 8 sets of various flyes. Tri's are still focusing mainly on the outer head although today had a lot of overhead work to hit the inner tricep.

Feeling good.

Urine is still crystal clear after my first morning piss. Very pleased with the way this cycle support has been working!

Week 6 day 5

Haven't been on the last few days. Been busy with work and stuff.

Tuesday was an off day.

Wednesday was legs. Squat for strength and worked up to 425lbs for a comfortable 1 rep.

Hit shoulders today. My right rotator cuff has been killing me this week. Not sure what the deal is. Absolutely terrible. Had to pop some advil mid-workout and I NEVER take that garbage.
Aside from the horrible pain, strength felt pretty solid.

172lbs in the AM. STILL.

For sure adding 15mg of Epistane on top of the 2 caps of Oxandrovar starting Sunday for the last two weeks of this cycle.
