Hey guys,
I'm currently on Tren Ace & Prop 100mg each eod, trying to bulk up.
Doing ABCxABC routine A- Chest&Back B- Arms&Shoulders C- Legs, x2 every muscle per week,
First workout for every muscle 12-15 reps per set, 4 Exercises big muscles 3 Exercises small muscles, 16 sets total for big, 12 for small
Second workout for every muscle 8-10 reps per set, 4 Exercises big muscles 3 Exercises small muscles, 16 sets total for big, 12 for small
What do you guys think? is that overtraining? or its good?
