There is a guy, I just have confirmed, using [email protected] -- that is acting as me... and is verifying [email protected].

I have never even heard of this guy... and only use ONE e-mail... [email protected] -- and I'm always happy to point bros in the right direction... or point them away from the wrong one.

I really hope that no one was burned because some asshole took advantage of a name on this site...

Please... if someone says I'm a ref for them... please contact me first... I do not want to see any good bros get burned because of a scum-fucked scammer.

Likely because someone who got his list with refs actually ran it by C-ditty. Let this be a lesson to everyone out there, just because you see a mod/vets name on someones list as a ref, dont take it for face value and never use the e-mail supplied on the sources list to verify the source either. If need be track down the person referenced on a board or something and use the e-mail address they have in their board profile or signature, then you at least know your talking to the right person.

People should double check all the refs to see if they use the correct email addy.
Some might change a letter or number to the name and basicly what they do is very themselfes.
