Overcoming obstacles

Spatts -- ok I'll rephrase. I have gotten up at 5:30 to go to the gym & I have to be at work by 8 am. However, at the gym, I don't work out as intensely or put as much effort into it cuz I'm a zombie. It's just a better fit for me to work out right after work.

So, with that what I think I'll do is concentrate my lifting for the weekends & see what I can do during the week for the next couple of weeks and keep my diet straight. Well, today wasn't a good eating day but we won't go there! LOL
 
Sometimes taking a week or 2 off is great for your body and your training.

That said, my wife and I get up at 5:30 to work out during the week. If we didn't, we just wouldn't make it to the gym at night.
 
OK I have a plan -- gotta work tomorrow 8-12 so my hubby & I will walk to the gym once I get home & I'll do day 1 of the weekend warrrior weights (legs, chest & abs) then Sunday I'll do day 2.

Was also paging thru the new M&F & they have a sample 3 day split I may aim for when time is tight this week.

SO, as Spatts said -- it's just a matter of making the time! After all, there was a time when I didn't have time to exercise at all!!
