i was gonna do some pullups, chinups and rows, but had to abandon that workout... my partner somehow pulled his neck doing pullups, lol. So we decided to train lower back:

deadlifts
5x5
135, 225, 275, 280, 285

bent leg GM
4x10, 8, 6, 4
135, 185, 190, 195

hyperextensions
1x20

Anyways, i'm a lightweight compared to you bros, but my lower back is shot for a few days, ouch, lol

he always pulls something, i'm suprised his spinal cord didn't fly out during deadlifts and spray fluid all over everyone. But i relegated him to the corner to practice with the bar and a set of 45's per side, lol

Those are nice weights for that volume of attack on your low spine.

And the correct term for your spine whipping up and attacking things in front of you is "pulling a scorpion";)

Cheers,
