OTC Supp to prevent Estrogen Rebound?

kagenical

New member
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good OTC supplement to help suppress the side-effects of a possible estrogen rebound. I'm coming off 4 weeks of dermal Formestane (E3D so nothing major) and am wanting to prevent any possible estrogen related sides from natural up-regulation of aromatase production...

Main Criteria: It absolutely cannot shut me down
- it can't be another AI (suicide or otherwise)
- it's preferably OTC (as any pharm sources I have have absurd minimum orders which I can't currently meet)
- It has to work!

Does anything meet these criteria? Am I just better off with a SERM, or should I go natural (as I don't believe I'm prone to gyno, just severe estrogen-related bloating).

Thanks guys.

On a related note, formestane was wonderful. I dropped tons of water weight, had crystal clear skin (abnormal for someone that sweats 10 hours a day) and had some serious strength gains.

check out Triazole if Erase doesnt suit you bro; pick it up at orbit for a good price and most of all fast shipping!

Erase gets my vote

I was under the impression that Erase (Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione) is ALSO an AI... I have been on an AI for the last month. I want to get my hormones to normalize, and further up-regulating the production of estrogen, aromatase and its receptors seems counter productive.

I will look into Triazole.

Anyone else have any recommendations? Would a short course of clomid or another SERM honestly just be better?

SERM is a NO NO since it will cause further rebound as type 1 AI's. That being said, Formastanozol, Erase are suicidal so they will not cause the typical rebound issue. If further issues continue, I recommend that you got to a doc that specializes in gyno.

Could you elaborate on why no SERM? I would think the SERM would allow estrogen to come to an equalibrium without gyno popping up. Allowing estrogen to 'overshoot the mark' and come back down via feedback loops.

What happens when someone has high estrogen and is on a SERM?

Actually i am also looking for a product that is able to prevent aromatasion, a product that is working like an AI?
reason is that i am wanting to use it while running my EQ - Test e cycle to minimize estrogene side effects and aromatasion if possible. Can Erase do the job, or Triazole

PES ERASE HANDS DOWN BRO! Orbitnutrition has it for cheap as you can find and quick shippment. Dose btw 2-3 caps daily starting off with 1-2

Just as a Competitive AI, a SERM does not completly eradicate the aromatase enzyme but just blocks it while the AI is present in the blood, realize also SERM are pro estrogenic in other areas of the body, so when you get a block in one area and addition in another area, that can lead to some problems post usage, which is why you hear people getting gyno 3 months after their SERM. Realize a SERM also has a LONG half life of 5 days so if you do the math, you will see why I always recommend people to taper their SERM and then commence the use of an AI such as Formastanozol or Aromasin.
