well its the scale that makes me unhappy most. .. moving too slowly....

i am 1.7m high and I do not count calories dont know even exact amount of protein and carbs.im always round that amount I mentioned before
I listen and train following my insticts.
because I have a lot to learn from Stevensi I ll do so even now - patient is what I miss

Alright well I would guess you are eating roughly 3500 calories a day give or take 100 calories

My friend it is very important though to know how man calories you are eating since the amount you are eating is not quite enough, as others have said you have an amazing build so you have nothing to be upset about but I would try eating at least 3800 calories a day and see if that helps you

Just to give you a general idea I am 5,5" (1.65m) and 195lbs at 11% body fat so we are pretty much the same height and weight but I am putting down 4193 calories a day (567g carbs, 245g protein, 105g fat) split over 7 meals
