Osta Sarms + S4 stack

IMO there is no harm in taking liver support while on any anabolics. The S4 metabolite M1 is toxic so I do take milk thistle for liver,I take bilberry for vision sides. I make sure I eat lots of salad,veg and fruit for anti-oxidants

Good post. I will say that there is some research concerning milk thistle down regulating androgen activity. However, I'm not sure to what degree, but there are some excellent substitutes like NAC.
 
Havnt updated the log for a few days,was on a FD training course,still been making it to the gym tho. Tomoro will be the last dose of Osta for this cycle,got nearly nine weeks out of 2 bottles,s4 will continue for another 3 or 4 weeks. Strength gains peaked at around week 5-6 of Osta 2-3 weeks into s4, has stayed level since then,it'll be interesting to see what happens now the Osta will be stopped. I have done a few cycles of test and eq,test and mast,but I have broken a lot of PR's on Sarms maybe I wasn't tryin before lol.
Have a handle on the S4 vision sides 50mg 5 on 2 off is the way to go for me
 
good to hear firetruck. Im actually into the 3rd week of osta myself, noticing the strength really pushing up now and im close to breaking my pb's as well. starting to stack s4 with it on monday :biggrin:

I've had a great run on both. When u start S4 u will notice endurance goin crazy and u will start to lean out. Love it :D
 
Not much to report today,as I said yesterday everything has levelled off. Had a good shoulder workout today,I think I have only had 2 bad workouts while on Sarms,thats nine weeks,5 days a week that's not bad.
My objective for the next few weeks on S4 alone,was to cut carbs more and see how lean I can get while keeping strength and muscle. But this is proving difficult as my wife has decided to start baking her own bread!!! Have u ever tried to eat chicken and green veg with hot bread sitting cooling on top of the oven,it's impossible!!! Talk about torture
 
Don't u just love those training sessions when u stagger out of the gym shaking. Just did back. Deads,lat pull down,bent over row,cable row,hyper extensions,one arm dumbbell row. Five sets of all. It was awesome. Trained on my own talked to no one and no one came near me. I think u give off a "leave me the **** alone"vibe when ur in that training mood.
I have finished the Osta(bit sad about that)but u have to clear the system,still on the S4 anyway.
Have to report after five days on today vision sides turned up again,but have 2 days off now.
I think it must be the S4 that's makin me train so intense,love it
 
I'm gonna start with 50mgs. I'm running peptides with it. I might do a log. I started one with the peptides, but I fell off. There might be alot of people interested in a peptide & s4 log though.
