I think it's a great alternative for cooking, but I personally wouldn't supplement it.

use it for cooking man. it isn't going to cause any magical results but it is the most healthy oil to use so you AVOID putting garbage in your body.

you might not notice it but your heart will thank you

What exactly are you expecting from it?

I use it in my shakes and to cook as well I wouldn’t over use it though.
