Organic chicken versus antibiotic

How different is the chicken that is organic and not organic ? Is it really unhealthy to get non organic chicken ?

I get frustrated with the term organic to ne honest, because scientifically it means something built from carbon compounds, which all chickens are (rant over). Food marketing uses it to mean they aren't being pumped full of antibiotics and they are given healthy feeding options. How well this is actually enforced in the industry varies though.

there are 3 levels with poultry and 5 levels with beef

I eat minimum 2 with poultry and 4 with beef always. very important you use those standards especially with your eggs too.
