ordering gear to a college campus?

i got GBL shipped to me to make GHB, and they got confiscated, but i only got a notice of removal from us customs. and no reprocussions. i would do it, but ups wouldnt deliver to my P.O. box cuz they need a signature. you must get the tracking number, and go pick it up at the nearest shipping facility when it is ready. just dont respond to anything customs sends you, they mention a fine, but its bullshit, you can deny that it was yours anyway cuz they never got you to sign for it.
if you can, just get it shipped to a buddies house nearby, its just easier

if its domestic then u are set, does your school have its own PO or do they deliver directly to the dorms??.....if it has its own PO, then most likely your risk is reduced figuring most of the people who work in campus PO's are students themselves...

my friend had one that got confiscated by customs. he got a call from the local police department, who said, "why dont you come down and talk to us...blah blah...you're in trouble...blah blah'', but my friend said "i dont' know what you're talking about. i'm not going down there to talk to you." then the detective was like "ok, well were gonna get things rollin then. the balls gonna roll" or some stupid shit like that. needless to say, nothing ever happened. the customs letter arrived the next day, but the cops never called again. i don't think he could have gotten in trouble. the only way he could have, is if he would have went down to the police station, and confessed. soo keep that in mind. i think that what i've just told you is the worst case scenario, for international peeps.
