I have the pamphlet too and let me tell, follow it to perfection, diet included and work through the pain, @ the beginning, the "peripherical" muscles will get tired first, but when you get used to it you will be able to reach that mind-muscle connection and work every muscle at will, just give your body some time to get used to the whole high rep and constant tension thing, you won't regret it! When trying to get more muscular I know I don't need to look any further.
