Hi, i will be taking 40mg in 10mg tablets a day. My question is how to take it? Hours between tablets? Pre workout tablet as a kick?

I took mine all right in the morning, 50mg, might wanna split it in two if it stresses your kidneys, you'll feel it, feels like a lower back pump right under the ribs in the side. Drink A lot of water too gallon+ a day

I always preferred dispersing it throughout the day instead of one shot. If anything I would do a little more preworkout. Not saying this has any benefits by splitting it up just what I like to do.
