Hi,

I'm 25 yrs, 6'2 and weigh 13st 9. Been training for a good year.

I've been reading up on oral steriods but there's so many different types out there it's confusing. Can anyone recommend a cycle which will help me gain muscle but not retain water. I obviously want the gains but without the questions!! Oral only ... got an extreme needle phobia.

Oral onlys aren't that bad/ c'mon bros. Although, for a first cycle, injecting test is the #1 way to go.


What is 13 stone 9 translated into lbs?

If you're scared of a needle, you need to grow some balls. I have a bad needle phoiba even after jabbing 2 cycles worth, or 25 times (test E). I still hate needles even after that, but I still do it. Don't be a pansy, seriously.

c'mon dabuffguy did you overlook the only 1 year of good training - thats what im most concerned with over the just orals statement. your not ready - plain and simple

I have known a guy who would faint when he got shots from a doctor. im talking out cold. so I guess in some instances its just not posible to inject.

theirs not much I fear really. even if i know its going to suck I just man up. Im stubborn like that.

At least, at very least, 2 years no breaks, consistent, maybe taking a break once in a while, but no longer than a week break, and staying consistent with your diet. I trained for 2 years weight lifting before taking the jump, and played pro baseball before that(which encompassed some weight training), So I was already in good shape.

hmm i started aas too light imo and i was 185 at 5'8 so your 5 lbs heavier then i was with what 6" of height over me....

Ok, thanks for the advice. I'm recognising it's a NO to orals then - Can anyone recommend any thing other than creatine and protein for an added xtra?

okay flat out you dont need anything extra but foood..all you need to do is feed your muscles at 190

tell us what an average day of food looks like to you....show meal by meal

i thought i was eating a ton and "thought" i had a propper diet when i started lifting btw i was WRONG....once i started eating the right foods and the right amount, i started growing like a weed without aas

we'll help you out here just show us what ur daily diet looks like

well, i would say it's a NO to orals only for a first time. I ran an all oral cycle, and was very pleased with the results.


I fyou want, for a first time, run an oral with injectable testosterone. That's what I did.

ahh theres the problem... what do you think your getting in here maybe 2000 cals, i f that? not enough protein it seems as well - ill give you an example of what one of my days looks like
 
i used to have a needle phobia, but i overcame it by injecting myself for the first time while drunk, lol. ever since then it hasn't bothered me at all, i can jab all day every day.

more on topic, oral-only cycles are underestimated by a lot of peeps. Turanibol is a great oral only cycle, as well as anavar. and anadrol is good for strength, hell even dbol. i gained about 15 pounds from a six week OT cycle, and increased my bench by about 25-30 pounds. and kept ALL the gains...

protein shake
1 fruit
1 probiotic
1 cup toasted oats
6 eggs whites


meal 2 -
3 oz chicken breast
3 oz steak
1/2 baked potatoe
1/2 cup veggies

meal 3-

3oz chicken breast
3 oz steak

yes but he obviously needs to bulk and test is something that is just irreplaceable in a bulking cycle with an oral

agreed, but im just defending oral-only cycles to a certain extent. they are short, sweet and usually offer clean keepable gains.

Since everyone else has given most of the good stuff, when you're ready:

1-4 dbol 25mg/day
2-8 50mg var/day
6-10 sustain

breakfast, you have 0 protein. a huge problem.
lunch, not much protein.

from the looks of it you're getting about 80 grams of protein daily, which for putting on muscle will never get you any results ever.

you need 50 grams of protein at breakfast, lunch and dinner, with high protein snacks in between each meal, and a protein shake after workouts. That should get you to 200 grams + which is bare minimum for putting on muscle at your weight. When I bulk, I take in 4000 calories a day. 1600 of which come from protein.

Proetein is lacking huge, and I know I sound like a broken record, but you will never get big or strong eating like that. Even with steroids, that won't even be subpar for putting on quality mass.

Did you start a year ago or you came back and hitting hard for a year?
 
Bro... take my advise from somebody who has been in a similar situation... WAIT!!

It sounds like you are trying to take bodybuilding more serious which is great. But let me tell you... its much better to wait until you got your routine down before you start juicing. It looks like you don't even have your diet down or even understand the importance of protein.

It's not worth the money, effort, legal risk, acne unless you can take full advantage of it.

My $.02

With that being said... just go with some anavar :)

I have tried oral only and the only thing that didn't seem to mess me up much was anavar, and winny for less than 6 weeks. After that, my test levels started to die. Orals are always good for a few weeks then you need some test.

A 6-8 week dbol only cycle is good. Sure you ge a lot of bloat and water but if you can keep even half of your or even 25% o what you gained that is still a nice gain in 6-8 weeks.

But the Op as yall have said needs to learn to eat.

i was that way also, i get light headed from the dr shot but i can give myself jabs without any ill effects, go with the glute man, its hard to reach around and inject, but it is zero pain

never tried to be arrogant. I'm sory some people take offense. Has never been my intention to be a jerk. Maybe some of my comments have less than uplifting tone, but I've never called someone out, or directly told someone to get screwed or anything of the sort. In a subjunctive form, I have told someone they need to grow a pair, but I'm not being rude.

You calla lot of people retarded. You ive put qustinable advice well atlast from what I have read. I have not read all of your posts but they opnes I do read you seem a lil arogant for a noob.

I have not been here that long or as long as others or have near the experience as most but I come here for help as do a lot of other peole. When I first came here it was the heading towards the end of the flame fest. There have been a lot of changes in just the past 6 months. When I see someone comng off as pompous and an ass It rubs me the wrong way.
