Opti-Women

I've seen that now On has the Opti-women. These are supposed to be the vitamins for women. Do you know if there is any real difference between those and vitamins for men or universal ones? I might as well get those...

I have checked the ingredient list, and what can I say – it does take into consideration women's needs, but it is not all that different. In my opinion, Ruthless 3D has a much better profile, no matter if you are a lady, or not.

i agree with lev. go to n2bm and check out their 3D. i use it myself.. great product!
