both said try rehabf or 2 months thats like some shoulder exercises i start tommorow
but second doctor gave me great news said i can workout as long as it doesnt hurt my shoulder example concentration curls leg press maybe close grip bench or flye you think its safe to do these exercises sometimes you guys no better than the doctors ir eally want to workout a little even if its light but i dont want to totaly screw myself up for later any thoughts thanks alot

Man, I had a cuff injury and I went and got advice from the doctors and a powerlifting coach in my school. If it's a tear, when you bench your arms shake and the bar won't go up. If it hurts, it tendonitis (sp) and relax. Definately do the rehab, it's great, and do everything in a neutral grip on machine, no free weights. And when the doctor said you can do some weights, DONT. If you do do it very light because for example, if you're doing leg presses, your body's tense and working the core and you might hurt the RC more.

Yeah i agree with him^^^ It sounds horrible but if it was me id lay off the weight period and just do the rehab. No sense in prolonging the injury or making matters worse.
