What's the best way to open a test ampule? I broke the top on the first one and used a needle/syringe to pull the oil up and then put it in a new test vile. The second one I shattered as I opened it. Wtf!!!! Help!

Why are you transferring to a vial? If the ampule has more then you need just preload another syringe. For opening and amp with your hands, check out technique videos on youtube, or spend a few dollars for an ampule snapper.
