Only God can help me...Protein Farts

If you get protein farts...you're eating too much protein...plain and simple. I'm guessing you guys are the ones getting like 500g a day?
 
damn this thread is funny :). Two solutions:

1. Take some ginger root - I think that ginger allows some people to take in more protine.. but there is STILL a limit which leads me to:
2. Reduce protine intake if your farts are bad.

Simple. :).

It's only bad for the first couple of weeks, then my body adjusts. Or maybe its just my brain adjusting to the smell of putrid rotting eggs???
 
agree with the ginger root but what type of protein are you eating? If you`re drinking it, that can have a major effect depending on quality, whey concentrate or no name BS brand protein.

Ginger Root though has helped me tremendously.
 
I had this same problem in the beginning when I first got serious into lifting. However over time, my stomach has turned to iron. I can put anything into it, including mass amounts of protein mixed with milk, which before was a lethal combo for a sulphuric deathfart that would make me question reality. Give it some time, your stomach will get used to it and the gas will go away.
