Sometime I catch my protein farts with my hand. And ill put it in the faces of co - workers. Or Ill point to someting on the screen next to thri face so they get a qhiff of it.
agree with the ginger root but what type of protein are you eating? If you`re drinking it, that can have a major effect depending on quality, whey concentrate or no name BS brand protein.
I had this same problem in the beginning when I first got serious into lifting. However over time, my stomach has turned to iron. I can put anything into it, including mass amounts of protein mixed with milk, which before was a lethal combo for a sulphuric deathfart that would make me question reality. Give it some time, your stomach will get used to it and the gas will go away.
