Protien is expensive as hell. I spend 50.00/week just on shakes, plus all the chicken, tuna, and beef that I go through. If you have 125.00 US, I would get some dbol. Dbol + sust = 1 swole mofo.

I don't think protein is all that expensive. $3/lb for chicken, $3 for a gallon of milk, $1.25 for a can of tuna...that's over 600g of protein for $7.50. $50 a week for all the protein you need. How can you possibly go through $50 in shakes a week? I get Optimum Nutrition protein @ $25 for 5lbs...2,260grams!!!
I don't know why your trying to refute how much I pay for protien, like I don't know how much I spend?????
Chicken breast is $5.00 a pound for decent quality, I won't buy garbage. 1 pound of chicken breast has around 100-120g protien. Protien shakes cost $50.00 for 5lbs. the absolute cheapest I can find and I go through 5lbs. in a week. Tuna is cheap but tastes like shit. I usually eat 2lbs. of chicken/day, 250g of protien shakes w milk and 1-2 cans of tuna per day. Also keep in mind I live in canada so I'm playing with different money than you.
So $5 CA per lb for chicken? Not far off what I pay...$2.99/lb for perdue boneless/skinless breasts...family pack. I'm not refuting how much you pay...I'm just saying you're paying WAY too much for your protein. Try OptinumNutrition.com. You can blow money all you like...
