If anyone out there is a fan of protein bars....These are the ones to have. Easy to make, delicious and some of the best ingredients out there. Great stuff NeedTo, Thank you for everything you do for your bros here on EF!!

i agree--i make them in the beginning of the week and keep them in the car/office--and for about 1/10 the cost of commercial ones with ingredients that i cannot pronounce

they hold together just fine if not put in the fridge. That is how I eat them. They are softer like this but still hold well.
