One meal a day

I started to train in a fasted state twice in the day before I go and have my first meal of the day. I feel pretty good doing that. Is this a recommended thing to be doing ?
 
yes that is the best way to do it

fast until your workout.. then workout, and then eat AFTER

you will have the best results that way IF your goals are lean muscle mass and fat loss. if you are looking to get just stronger and fat and be one of those perma bulkers we see all over the gym with their bellies hanging over their belts then it won't work well lol
 
If you are going to intermediate fast - it's best to train fasted and then start consuming food after your workout.

You maximize fat burning by training on an empty stomach
