I'm 39 year old, currently cutting at 194 want to get down to about 185 shred fat and gain muscle, been powerlifting consistently for about 2 years now. Guestimation on body fat is around 18% to 20% looking to cut around 13 to 15% BF. Diet is relatively clean a few unwanted carbs here and there, but mostly clean protiens and fats.
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Sounds like you are on the right track with your diet and training. Osta, GW and (maybe) S4 would be a good beginning SARMs cycle for your goals. Be careful with S4, though, because the vision side effects can be bad.
