On cycle gyno (help please)

Hey guys longtime reader, first time posting. I could really use your advice as I am getting conflicting information online.

I'm 27 and this is my 4th cycle. I am currently on week 4 out of 16 and am running 250mg of test e in addition to 400mg of tren e. I have been taking .5 adex everyday in order to prevent gyno (I had symptoms of gyno on a previous cycle however I was able to reverse it with letrozole once my cycle was complete, to the point I could no longer detect a lump). I have also been running vitamin B6 daily in order to prevent any prolactin related issues as I was unable to get a hold of caber or prami. Recently however I noticed a small lump beneath each nipple (not sensitive and no lactation).

I would like to reverse the lump and continue with my cycle as planned, however I am looking for the best way to do so while minimizing any potential loss of gains (which is difficult I understand). Some online have suggested increasing my adex dose to 1mg ed while others have suggested inmediately beginning letrozole (which I have on hand). I would love to hear your guys input and suggestions.

Thanks in advance and please let me know if you need any more information.

Is your nipple puffy at all?

I think .5mg daily of Adex is over board for 200mg of Test per week for your estrogen to be high. So I would say there is a chance your Adex is bunk.

For now, I would bump your adex dosage up, add in 20mg daily of Nolva, and get bloodwork done to see what the problem is.
