On Cycle Diet ?

I hear everybody talking about and reccomending to eat clean while on a cycle. I am on a cycle of sust 250 right now and I have tried to eat clean. I have more then enough protien in my diet (300 grams weigh 220). I take more then my days supply of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. What does it matter if I do not eat clean and eat whatever I want whenever I want while I am on my cycle. Lately, I have been buisy with work and lifting and I have had Mcdonalds, wings w blue cheese a few times, and a couple pizzas. I still have all my protien and eat lots of baked/grilled ckicken/turkey/fish and so on. I do not care about BF percentage and I am not entering a competition. My strength and energy has risen dramatically since I started adding the bad nutritional meals to my diet. What are the negative effects of these bad meals on my cycle? Thank-you for your help. :destroy:

Cheating once in a while wont hurt you it actually may help IMO. My biggest problem would be concerning your Cholesterol Levels. Doing AAS will mess up your blood levels then throw in the garbage food will make it worse!

Nothing is wrong with it if you are happy with your appearance. When I bulk I do the same, I eat as much clean food as I can and when I cannot swallow another piece of chicken or lean steak I eat a pizza or burger cause the name of the game is size and strength when I am bulking. Although I have noticed that something like McDonalds makes me feel like crap and does more harm than good for my workout.

eating clean promotes clean gains and less water retention which in turn makes for a healthier body. eating garbage food on a daily basis promotes fat gain. why waste the time cycling if you cant eat clean for 3 or 4 months and maximize your results?

+1

If I ate like that I would get fat not gain muscle.

yeah dude, you need to be careful... eating a lot of fat, things with a lot of sodium, and even lots of refined carbs can lead to bad cholesterol plus a lot of water retention. If you don't care about your appearance I guess it won't matter if your body bloats up like a blow fish but this could cause a lot of health problems in the long run. Also, when getting off the cycle, after "getting huge" with this uncontrolled diet, you might have severe stretch marks because your gains will not be clean and will turn into fat. I suggest you have a very clean diet, unless you have AMAZING genetics... that's a whole different story. Cheers.
