I hear everybody talking about and reccomending to eat clean while on a cycle. I am on a cycle of sust 250 right now and I have tried to eat clean. I have more then enough protien in my diet (300 grams weigh 220). I take more then my days supply of amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. What does it matter if I do not eat clean and eat whatever I want whenever I want while I am on my cycle. Lately, I have been buisy with work and lifting and I have had Mcdonalds, wings w blue cheese a few times, and a couple pizzas. I still have all my protien and eat lots of baked/grilled ckicken/turkey/fish and so on. I do not care about BF percentage and I am not entering a competition. My strength and energy has risen dramatically since I started adding the bad nutritional meals to my diet. What are the negative effects of these bad meals on my cycle? Thank-you for your help.
