did you gain any wieght if no i dont think it's legit stuff...you shouldnt feel really any mood changing effects on that dosage...you also have to look at your diet, if you are overtraining or not
how old are you and is this your first cycle?
did you really just say he SHOULDN'T feel any mood changing effects on HALF A GRAM A WEEK ????
that is a decent dosage bro, definitely enough to affect mood !!

I TOTALLY AGREE!!!!!
Never really wanted to addmit that, but I have always felt that overtraining is almost impossible....

Yup, I deff. agree with that also. I only belive that people will undereat or undersleep... Stress is a huge killer of progress in the gym as well.

Another thing... your CNS (central nervous system) DOES need time off after extremely heavy training sessions to recoup... that's where sleeping comes in to play and a day off... days off are just as important to training days IMHO.

I will end with: Everyone is different. Experiment to find out what works best for you. It may take you years to truely know how you respond best.

Good luck bro.

bro, this is with me two this my second week in my cycle and its like i cant revover, my bck, shoulders and biceps are like hell.

I took like three days off and still hurts. Well, I was doing eq/test cycle but now i am gonna add anadrol to it, so i can train hard and not feel a thing!!

Well swordfish its science...Your body adapts to anything you do to it. Lets say your in the sun all day so you get a tan or you are a long distance runner and your endurance enhances to help you run farther and faster. So your body will adapt to any workout you put it through thats why theres a difference between regular people who workout and bodybuilders and World Strongmen because those people know that overtraining is just a excuse to hide away from pain.

Thats why you got no karma huh there genius...lol..kidding..but i see what your saying and i can understand now what you mean....makes sense...so i wonder why alot of bbers (pros) do 4 lifts for only 3 sets each? are we talking overtraining as in sets or excersises...meaning would you do something like this:
Incline Bench
Dumbell incline bench
Dumbell flat bench
dips
dumbell flys
cable crossovers

Isnt that a bit excessive....

limiting sets becomes necessary once you reach a certain strength level if poundage progression is what you're after and while aas improve volume tollerence to a degree they certainly don't turn a hardgainer into someone who can tollerate a flex routine.

When "ON," I go up in everything but I go down on bench. I know it sounds crazy but I dread chest day while on.....

I've (not on purpose) had really shitty sleep such as 2-3 hrs/ night on gear and made excellent gains. Your gear is bunk dude. If not, you haven't increased your caloric/protein intake sufficiently to support new growth....but i'm still goin with my first assumption.
