Omg....

122 must be the middleweight cutoff. 134 and above is heavyweight except in the pros where 140 and above is usually heavyweight.

Dehydrating went out with the dinosaurs.

Many keep their water up so they look full the day of show. Get the fat off and you won't have to worry about water.

BEEEEEEFCAKE! BEEFCAKE! (In your fav Cartman voice!)

Regarding water depletion pre contest -- any experienced BB's here still do this? Two diff trainers (1 a 15 year bb veteran, another a couple years out of college w/ an Exercise Science degree, a husband who competes naturally and currently trains at a local Golds) had me do this for 2 diff comps)

W6 -- if you have the time & patience to bear w/ the big question (or can give the discount version to the viewing audience), what do you recommend for that big last week pre comp?

I"m still getting differing info on whether or not to use distilled or regular water for pre comp....

taco hell....

Between my morning and night shows my trainer told me to go get 2 McDonalds hamburgers & fries -- i had to CHOKE those things down after eating strictly clean for 16 weeks.

The divisions are:
LW: 118 and under
MW: 119-131
HW: 132 and above

Whats your bf at right now Ann? I'm about 158 right now but I'll compete as a middle this year just on the heavier end this time! wooohoooo!

Hi IQ....going to try and get my b/f done this week....if I can remember :)

Lowest I want to get to is 135....if that. I feel small at 140.....

How tall are you IQ? I'm 5'9.

This one comp I was looking at said HW for women's open--over 122. Lightweight under 122.......?

Hey Ann.
Thats weird weight rules. Is it NPC?? You'd probably do great if you came in at 135 or so. I know what you mean about feeling small at that weight. When I competed last year I felt soooo small but when I saw my pics I looked good lol. Its all a mental game and really an illusion ya know?

I'm 5'4 by the way. :)

As you know IQ, I am new to it all. The form says....INBF All-Natural Mississippi Open.....

I have not committed to any yet....waiting on calendar with a schedule for my state. Anyway...I thought those weights were a little off myself.
