Good Day EF Family Omad Here on my Weight loss journey
The Hard Facts: Started my Fat loss in Jan 2024 @ 132Kg over the 2 years i Have had Ups and downs 2 Sports Injury 1 needing Surgery witch i had in September 2025 ACL Reconstruction. But we Back and Pushing to be Shredded. November 2025 I got a coach Cg20 to Point me in the right Direction and Me made Progress
Stats: Age : 37, Height: 183cm / 6 ft , Weight:229 lbs/ 99kg
Training: Push/Pull/Legs/Rest. All exercises will be 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps
The Cycle: I'm on 175mg TestE and 2mg Retatrutide a week . AAS Protocol, bloods will be posted.
Nutrition: P 250 / C 225 / F 50 = Cal's 2350
