Good Day EF Family Omad Here on my Weight loss journey

The Hard Facts: Started my Fat loss in Jan 2024 @ 132Kg over the 2 years i Have had Ups and downs 2 Sports Injury 1 needing Surgery witch i had in September 2025 ACL Reconstruction. But we Back and Pushing to be Shredded. November 2025 I got a coach Cg20 to Point me in the right Direction and Me made Progress

Stats: Age : 37, Height: 183cm / 6 ft , Weight:229 lbs/ 99kg

Training: Push/Pull/Legs/Rest. All exercises will be 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps

The Cycle: I'm on 175mg TestE and 2mg Retatrutide a week . AAS Protocol, bloods will be posted.

Nutrition: P 250 / C 225 / F 50 = Cal's 2350

25mg Slupp332 x 2 time a day @HeliosLabs bulk Slu

Morning : Oats 60g with penut butter 10g and honey 15g with WPI 30g and a Black coffee 442.1cal's

lunch: Chicken Brest 270g rice long grain 124g cooked Steam Veg 120g Cal's 663.5

Prework out: Rice Flour 100g and WPI 45g Cal's 534.9

Dinner : Chicken Brest 270g rice long grain 124g cooked Steam Veg 120g Cal's 663.5

2x Gatorade No Sugar Cal's 14.3

Leg session done Nothing to heavy as im still getting back in to it after a ACL Reconstruction surgery in September 2025. Did have a little weight in-cress on legs press this week so we moving in the Right track. Check In day coming up for week 9 with Coach @Cg20 so got some Fasted photos and a light Back day to top up back/shoulders for the week.
