This yrs. Mr O is going to SUCK!!! My boy just got back from Vegas Tues,and its a ghostown out there. There is a 100% chance that we'll have another attack soon. I doubt its a good idea to go somewhere like Vegas right now. The prices are low for a reason..nobody is flying!!!

That really sucks. You can watch bull riding on 3 channels but they can't telecast the biggest BB event in the industry. WTF?

I live in vegas and call tell you that it has been a bit slower but it is picking up greatly..but a ghost town it is not..
the O should be packed and there are alot of people flying in now since the prices to fly here have dropped.

I'm going to the MR Olympia to see bodybuilders, not tourists. I'd actually prefer if bodybuilders were the only people in town...

I'll be there. Leaving Kenedy on Thursday morning(25th). The Olympia will not suck this year. Probably be one of the best ones ever! You have a ton of new faces plus some little battles goin on. I was already bashed for thsi statement once before on this board but thats my opinion.

To the original question, YES I am going. If we are gonna be attacked again I wanna be havin fun so attack while I'm at the expo in Mandalay Bay.

I eat every 2 hours and since this is a 5 hour flight I will be slightly upset since I cant get a nice meal in, also uncomfortable being wedged into the little seat (I am really flying first class but I need to get my point across, hey free upgrade!). One dude gets up even to go to the bathroom and everyone will be ready to pounce on him anyway. I aint worried a bit. We are bombing the shit out of them. They are a county of punks who like to talk junk. Just like the first day we bombed them they come on TV talking about shooting down an american plane, REALLY!? where is it? We did not suffer one loss. Please! I am goin to Vegas and having fun. Fuck Bin Ladin and the rest of the pussies over there.

I keep telling a freind of mine the same thing. He asks me everyday if i am still going to Vegas, I say yes and he proceeds to tell me he might not go, and not cause he is scared but he doenst want to be in Vegas while we are in war. SO DONT GO! But I keep saying there is nothing to worry about. Lets have fun and watch the greatest sport in the world.

espn does broadcast the olympia usually, unfortunately it will probably not be on until some time in January..that sucks

The last couple of times I saw Bodybuilding in the TV guide on ESPN I turn it on and it winds up being car races or even a jump rope competition. I emailed ESPN to ask why this is but they havent responded so dont get to comfortable with the idea of seeing it on ESPN. Log onto Flexonline.com, they are web casting it.

The Mr O itself will be good-except for Flex and Priest not doing it. Anyone whose been to Vegas knows that the strip itself is most of the fun. I've gone to 3 Mr.O s and this yr will be VERY slow.Many of the athletes don't even want to come out. My friend got back 2 days ago and it was dead(compared to normal) If all you want to do is hang with BBs,then I geuss it might be good..but Vegas is so much more..
