Olive Oil ???

Should you use a certain type? How many Table spoons can you do a day...trying to use it for extra calaories,but do not want to over do it?

I have been known to take in many thoughsands of calories worth of olive oil per day. You want to get only the extra virgin kind. Put ti on salad veggies and anything that tastes good

My friend did that to his roommate. I hooked em both up with a couple bottles of test E, about 5 weeks later I noticed my friends roommate hasn't grown at all. So I asked him, "what the hell is going on with your bro, he hasn't grown at all". He says, "oh, I took his juice and refilled his bottle with olive oil". I have sketchy friends, lol.

it doesn't matter what kind of olive oil you use, they contain the same fat ratios. the lighter versions taste the best though.

olive oil is very beneficial
i use pure to cook with
and extra virgin for salad dressing
to ingest use extra virgin
i take a tablespoon with each meal
on a thread started by jeet fun whatever his name was i mentioned that olive oil from different countries taste differently

there is italian greek french spanish probably portuguese morrocan and california
probably crete and sardina and others
but each taste differently
don't waste your money with italian
it is oil brought in from other countries blended with alittle italian and then bottled
my fav is morrocan
so fruity and taste like olive
imagine that
