yup yup... its def. starting to!! how long have u been workin out smalls? ive been for about 2 yrs now...1 yr seriously...and i swear.... it has taken me FOREVER to get a lil bicep defintion...and triceps well... im still searching for those, lol... i can see em sometimessmallmovesal said:thanks everyone.

ooh and tonight i tried the decline bench. couldn't do 70 lbs on my 4th set but i managed one rep at 65 then finished at 60. i'll have to work up to it, but it definitely is easier with the decline..![]()
