I've been running sust 250/wk. I'm gonna bump it up to 500/wk for 4 weeks. Try to hit 225. I lost mad weight over the last 2 weeks, I started running and that's what started the weight loss. Then I got sick last week and haven't worked out and haven't eaten much :( I'm guessing I'm Like...205 or so. Hopefully not that low. I think I can hit 225 easy with 500/wk. I reacted pretty well to 250/wk. So here I go

I'm started dieting about 2 weeks ago, I'm not taking any fat burners. I got fof cycle 2 weeks ago as well. I believe I did fairly well. I'm going to start clomid therapy next week, continue to take 1mg of Liquidex eod. I may bridge with dbol (if I ever get it in haha) or anavar. Or I might just completely get off the gear for a while. I always preached time on time off. So with that said, here come the pics, compare them to the first ones posted because that's how fat I was prior to dieting. This is only 2 weeks after so I still have a long way to go.
 
Looks great man...especially your back. It's about the only muscle I have...so I appreciate it a lot...haha

OK well, there have been a lot of people asking me for pictures...and quite honestly, there's no way in hell i'm going to take any of my "body" right now. I simply look like shit. I sustained an injury to my shoulder and I haven't worked out in 4 months now I think. I'm going through a lot of shit in my life right now that some people know about, but I'm going to try and jump back on my feet. I was pretty depressed for a while with shit that was happening not fitness or lifting related, but I'm going to come back and be better than ever!
