I've been concentrating on calves for the past 3 months. They probably started improving before that, but it wasn't until I saw them last week in a different mirror and different light, that I realized how much. If you look at them everyday though, it won't seem like they're changing fast enough.
I measured them, and I've added an inch. When I wear heels, I can now see a slight "butt crack" from the back. My goal now is to deepen those cracks . I'm going to add in more higher rep sets for the gastros (the calf butts), but still do some high weight low reps for them so not to lose any size. Same with soleus. The width is there now, but any added definition is always appreciated. I'll see how that goes.
(Can't get my calves too big or they won't fit in my riding boots!)
