Ok, hard facts, I've been to the gym at UVM all last year, got stronger but gained no weight.
I'm 5' 10''
I weigh 135 lbs.
I have a bench, curling bar and barbells.
I max my bench out at 145.
So, My plan is to get meal replacement powder so I can gain weight, since I can't actually cook real food six times a day. I just need a workout plan.
I figure I should do three sets of 10 of benching, curling, shoulder shrugs, and the tricept excercize where you have one knee on the bench, foot on the floor, and bringing the weight from the floor to your chest.
I'm really new to this, so any suggestions?
