Great chest and biceps.
Your back needs a lot of work. Heavy bent rows and lat-pulls/pull-ups.
Legs are decent, but nothing spectacular like your chest and biceps. Frontal quads need more size and shape but your leg size is still decent overall.
Work on that back, bro. Focus on lats for a while. IMHO.

I know it all too well. For the last year Ive bombed and blasted my back . training it 2 days a week. once with deads(HEAVY, i go over 600 lbs weekly), bent rows, 455+ for sets of 10, T bar rows and 1 arm rows
the second workout is all about pullups, pulldowns, Pullovers, high rows, low rows, seated cable rows...ect... Im tryin baby! Im tryin!! Ill keep :smash: away at it...progress pics will come

I don't agree.. I think your back looks pretty solid!!! I can't see you being much thicker unless you chose to run with the GH boys... I think your very symetrical... You remind me of a dareem charles from a few years back...

Wow man, thx!! i just think BBkingpin sees what the lineups of the pros look like and they have back thickness that is ungodly
im still pretty new to even training my back! up to about a year and a half ago all my back ever got was a healthy dose of power cleans for football. I was too fat to have the courage to even glance @ a pullup bar for more than about 10 seconds...I think with another year or so Ill really pack some serious mass onto my lats ... :coffee:

for sure...this is my last week of recovery training from my show then Im saying goodbye to the gym for a month. I gotta give my body a break and let the little nagging aches and pains heal from all the hard training and dieting and cardio. but during that month you can bet your asses Ill be planning out my attack on the 07 season!!!
 
Man, that is a GREAT turn around...You are an inspiration to people.. I bet people that havent seen you in a couple of years cant believe the turn around.

yeah but you know how are mind works lol,were greedy little creatures the bigger we get the bigger we want to be.I just got back on cycle after being off for 6 months and think I am going to run a year this time.Currently runing sust,deca and anadrol although considering droping the anadrol.What kind of diet do you do?Do you do keto diet while on,thats what I am experimenting with right now trying to put on lean muscle while getting as shredded as possible with keto diet seems to be going ok.

Im a big beleiver in a high carb diet when Im pushing to gain.
I just try to keep about 3 carbs per lb of BW from mainly slow burning carb sources but i do eat the fast ones too before, during and after workouts.

protein is high too..2 grams per lb of BW...i try to eat about 2 lbs of chicken, 1 lb of steak, 30 egg whites and a few protein shakes throughout the day with a little organic PB and a few whole eggs in each one for the healthy fats

I also supplement with healthy fats, MCT's and CLA primarily
 
You definetly have a great build, how old are you? Maybe in a year or two you can start the gracing the pages of some of the mags. Then you will look back and be like EF, isn't that a steroid hangout. I don't do steroids I just stick to celltech and nitrotech.

Just posted some pics my self if you would like to weigh in.

if anyone ever asks any of you guys in the future. Just tell tell them I always preached ANTI-steroid and I supplemented only with whey, glutamine, No2 products.. :verygood:

Bro, check out my back. I swear to you these pictures were taken about a month ago and after taking off nine months from training back -- i.e., these pictures of my back are after I had not trained my back and biceps for approximately 9 months straight. For the last 10 months all I do are the following:
Day one: bench press/incline press/behind neck press
Day two: Squats
Next week same thing. Two days per week training.

I really just think that since ive really only trained my back hard for a year its just taking some time to bring it up to par. could be my height too?
im just convinced all my years of football training was so based around heavy pressing my lats just fuckin lag

maybe i should have my nueromuscular thereapist work on loosening up the fascia more?
 
W -- that is a mindblowing transformation! I'd agree w/ the comment on about the back -- but mind you I'm speaking in terms of competition & getting that crazy wide "V" w/ the wild capped delts. That just comes w/ time invested. You've got nice thickness all the way around -- love the hams and I really enjoy your posing!

Love your great input and I feel you on the "sux being tall' when competing too. Its hard to get that size and leanness on a tall guy. I think you wear it well tho!

Sassy- thx so much for all the compliments. Im only 25 so hopefully I can have a pro caliber physique in the next 5 years or so. I like being tall onstage though. I feel it makes me unique and hopefully as my muscles develop more I can really bring an increbile package all around to show everyone that a tall guy other than arnold can have great sucess in the sport and be an inspiration to many!

Plainly speaking your back posing suck's, and so is the way you hold your double biceps in the pose. Im willing ot bet if you posed differently no one would be bringing the back up.

Thats my critique. Other than that you look spectacular bro and well on your way to the very top!

I agree, I am a slacker when it comes to practicing my posing..i usually wait till 4 weeks out to start when i should be starting 8 weeks out
I was really considering getting a posing coach for the nationals next year...
i dont really know of any in San Diego though...

and ya...my elbows are up WAAAAY to high on the back double Bi pose...i even told my ex GF to scream @ me from the audience if I did that....thats why shes the EX...lol
 
Holy crap -you're only 25??? Yep -- you have ALOT of potential...! My only comment is going to be as a big guy, you end up getting bigger & bigger off season in order to get big enough during season. Its great to have a goal of "being pro" or whatever, but its also a life decision that occupies a huge part of your life. Guys I know who have spent most of their lives thru their 30s "getting big", i.e. can't get big enough, spend half their life bloated on insulin or whatever - then the young guys in the gym are all like "DUDE! I WANT TO GET AS BIG AS YOU! WHAT'S YOUR CYCLE??" -- and one friend in particular just tells them "don't make 'getting big' your goal -- the girls don't like it, its a miserable 'off season', and just carrying all that extra weight around won't make your life better as you get older'.

That was just a thought I had in your decision to balance your life going forward vs. your competition goals. Esp as a big guy.

But either way -- its just really cool that you've done so much and present it so nicely! I LOVE when guys wear a pose well on stage!

That is true....honestly up till this point I have made building a balanced physique my goal. I have never used GH or slin and when it comes time I will do it cleanly and in accordance with my methodologies so as to reduce bloat and keep my gains clean.
ive found in the last 2 years in all aspects of my life that balance and enjoyment are the absolute essentials. everything else is secondary. I love bodybuilding, but it is my hobby not my life and if I had to chose I could take it or leave it if there were other more important issues in my life.

I hope and intend to keep these values all the way throughout my career and let destiny fall where it may.

5 ft 7in made middle weight by the hardest 176lbs. Was 2002 Nationals, havn't stepped back onstage since.

right on man..you will tear it up @ masters with a balanced conditioned physique like that. its hard work being a competitor and I have mad respect to anyone who can and even tries to get up onstage
